Took sponsorship money and never did seminar he promised, and wouldn't respond to calls, faxes, e-mail, or letters Apollo Beach Florida

I am a finacial planner in Indiana. A client who is a mortgage firm asked me to sponsor a Fitzgerald Seminar with them, so I did. The Fitzgerald people scheduled a seminar for May of but then rescheduled for August and then after that for Decemebr 2003. Each time I had to call them becuase it would get down to the day before and no one from that organization would call us.

After that point, no one would return my calls, e-mails, letters, or faxes requesting my money back. I spoke to Jomo Cousins, and also tried to contact Lucy and Bob Fitzgerald directly. None of them would respond.

The mortgage firm and I have had our attorney send repeated letters and now we are suing for our money. I urge anyone out there to do the same if you ahve been ripped off like me.
