What a waste of time. Went to the site and thought great - 50% off my order. I had a bunch of people I wanted to send flowers to - so that seemed like a good option.
After going through the process of writing my first note to the recipient, entering their address info, my credit card - at the very end the screen said that the discount could only be used for 1 set of flowers (are you kidding me? Who ever heard of an 'order' being limited to 1), AND I needed to join their monthly recurring billing program to join ($9.99 every month including this one - reducing the discount on my one set of flowers).
Having already gone through the process I decided to just finalize and call back and cancel. ONLY to call back and to find out I had to wait 15 days before I could cancel my membership. So now 15 days later (yes, I put it on my calendar so I wouldn't forget) I'm still dealing with this thing, and am taking the time they've got me on hold to write this complaint.
After Call: I just got on with someone at Bloom Flowers, and let her know I wanted to cancel my membership and that I was busy writing up a complaint of my experience on line, and she still had the nerve to let me know what a great program it was and why I should stay enrolled saying "You don't want the opportunity to save money and receive discounts and coupons?"
Amazing - she didn't even care!
What a joke.
