I checked my bank account on the 30th and they had taken out $30. I contacted them & they issued me an email stating that I was approved for my refund it will take 3-7 business days. I waited until the 7th business day 12/9 & then called to say I have not received my refund the guy asked if I could give them until Monday 12/12. I called Monday cause I have not received my money. I had to call 4 times that day cause they kept on hanging up. When I finally got in touch with them the lady said 48 hours which was on the 14th of December still no refund. I called then & spoke with a person named Bruce Grimm agent 3 that garaunteed that I will have it 12/15. Well here it is the 15th no refund. Now I'm past p*d. I called told them I want my money they finally got me to a supervisor supervisor that said I will have my money back tomorrow she found out what the problem was. I told her that what they did was against the law because the person who they said did it was not authorized on my bank account. So I have contacted my bank & they are going to help me if my refund is not in my account tomorrow.
