I paid shipping of $3.95 for a free trial on 11/1 and then on November 25 they charged my acccount $74.95 and then again on December 12. No phone number to call. I moved, so if they sent the product, I certainly didn't receive it. I never gave permission to have them take money out of my account every two weeks, or whatever. I just wanted the trial offer. As far as I'm concerned, I thought if they automatically took money out of your checking account, a phone number had to go along with it. I'm going to have to try to contact my bank and see what they can do about it. After seeing all the complaints and the monetary damages, I find this absurd. May this company go down for hurting people this way!!! Good luck everyone!
