On December 6th, I noticed that $30 had been withdrawn from our checking account, causing a $20 o/d fee. I immediately called the number given and was told that a refund would be promptly submitted and would be re-deposited within 5-7 business days and I was given a confirmation code. On business day #5, I checked our account and no refund was showing. I called and was given the run-around, saying they have up to 7 business days and they were "sorry for the inconvenience." Yesterday was business day #7. Today is day 8 and still no refund. I just got off the phone with a "supervisor" who told me that there was a glitch in their system and that it would be another 3-5 business days. I had some choice words with her, but her response was like a broken record. How are we supposed to get our money back from a company like this?
