EVERY single time I have gone through Wendy's and asked to order one of the strawberry shakes, I hear the same thing, sorry our machine is broken, sorry we are out at this time. Doesn't matter which one I go to. Today I tried again. If you all are out of something, why don't you write a sign and hang it on the menu. People wouldn't be so angry and frustrated.instread we order only to be told you don't have something once again. I ordered nothing and left. I am NOT going back. It is so rediculous to have an item listed and not be able to ever try it. I am quite disappointed.
