I also was a victum of this ripoff scam involving d.R. D Award Payment Data Release division. I received this notice stating I had been identified as the winner of $1,400, 000 dollars and was instructed to sign the release and mail back with a $19.99 processing fee. I realized they did not give an address just a P.O. Box and no telephone number. The only name on the document was a Robert Richards/Prize Announcer. I now have no intentions of responding to this fraudent company or individual. Somthing must be done to stop these criminals. I believe we should start a class action suit if we can find them. Do not respond to them and throw the documents in the trash!
