I ordered five products totaling $57.61 and used my visa card... I've called repeatedly and either i get very rude customer service, or someone promises that a supervisor will call me back. To date i have received no call back... Also i submitted three online questions to the company asking where is my order and there has never been a reply or response... I order back in january and was wondering why my order was taking so long to come and when i called the guy told me it was because i mailed my order in with a check and a check takes longer to clear. He said next time go online with your credit card and it will be much faster. I reluctantly went online and used my visa card and now i've been ripped off. I'm also on a fixed income. And have ms and an artery occlusion in my brain... I can't believe that this company hasn't been stopped from stealing every-
ones money... If there a way for the attorney generals office in ohio to shut their web page down so they can't scam anyone else?
