Just received my AT&T phone bill and had two charges I for mobile purchases I never made. Togobuzz info alts, $9.99, and zodiac sms alerts, $9.99. AT&T can reverse charges for two months or I'll get a $39.98 refund.
AT&T said that I may have received a text advertisement offering it but ignored it. Do not ignore those advertisements. Because I didn't text back, "STOP", they charged me.
AT&T also added a parental stop to my phone number so I can't get charged like this again without my knowledge. I get a four digit pin number if I want to override a stop.
