I have been buying oscar meyer bacon for many, many years, even though it is expensive, i have always thought it to be the best. But this is getting ridiculous. 2 weeks ago, and yesterday, i bought 2 lbs of oscar meyer bacon, reg. Cut. (not thick) it says it has 24 count, but 2 weeks ago, my 2 lbs. And yesterday, my 2 lbs., did not have 24 ct. One package had 18 slices and one had 19 slices. The reason i see this, is because i separate the bacon into packages of 5 slices. These 4 lbs did not have 24ct. All 4 of these were short about 5-6 slices. I am not getting what i am paying for, and at $6.99 a pound, $13.98 for 2 lbs, that is not right, especially since i am on a very small fixed income. What can you do to fix this? Please let me know.
