I had some issues with my internet service being slow. When calling Direcpath s call center the agent (Alice?) went out of her way to assist me and found that it was my Linksys router that was causing the issues. Apparently they dont support routers but regardless, she took the time to research possible router issues and through restarting my router and modem was able to fix the issue. Thanks for taking the time to support another companies (linksys) equipment!
