I placed an order from their website for a mini netbook computer. I called the next day to cancel the order and could not get through to a live person. I sent two emails to customer service with my request. I received no response other than an auto-generated email giving me a complaint number. I called again the next day no answer, I called my bank. What I find must disturbing is that a web site like Amazon.com would allow such company to advertise thru them, this is how I found this company. I feel Amazon is just as guilty for allowing and exposing customers to fraudulent companies.
