I send for the trial offers which cost £5.99 one for a freind & one for myself. 1st was dated 06/11, next payment was on 27/11. I have been in touch with my bank they have told me to e mail them to ask for a refund, I was asked to wait 2 to 3 days to wait for a reply or my bank will get i touch with them.
