I placed an order for Mother's Day for my 84 year old mother, and was notified ON Mothers Day by email that the order had been canceled because they had run out of the Faith Hill Sweetest Sunrise bouquet I ordered! I was very upset, Mother's Day was ruined and my poor mother didn't get anything from me. Who know's if she will even be here for next Mother's Day... She is 84 years old!!! Why not let me know right away that they couldn't fulfill my order so I could make other arrangements? I tried calling and just got busy signals or hangups once connected to Customer Service for orders already placed.in the cancellation notice they said that I would get a 30% discount on a future order so I called and got through to new orders and spoke to Ronel who apologized profusely and he said the soonest was a Tuesday delivery of the same bouquet but with the discount and I would receive a confirmation via email, so against my better judgement, I reordered. I never got the confirmation and nothing was delivered on tuesday! Unbelievable. They have not refunded me yet but will supposedly to so in 3-5 business days. We will see. I will absolutely never place an order with Teleflora again and will certainly not be recommending it to any of my people or anyone reading this. Shame on them for ruining so many Mother's Day's for so many people. What a huge disappointment! They aapear to be completely unreliable.
