A free sample of two beauty products were offered on the internet and to get them we had to pay the postage which we did via capital one. On the 1st jan. And the 5th jan. 2012 the above company took £74 -95 and £79-99 out of our account. We did not give our permission. My wife said it did not do as promised. Also we did not receive anything for the above monies, not that we want them, we want our monies back. Please help colin and celia.
