I called in to pay full loan off early and previously was advised the balance was 325$. So I called to pay that amount, then I spoke to a james who said if I pay my loan off today he would give me a 70$discount an I agreed. So I paid 255$. Which is what he said I only had to pay. The same day that amount came out my bank account an a 75$ charge an I called to tell him an they said he was busy an didn't want to credit it back they Hung up on me been emailing me calling daily cause I put in an unauthorized charge complaint with my bank an my bank returned the charge back to my bank account an now there harrassing me daily.
