I've been a person of netflix for approximately 7 years using e-mail ([email protected])... Under my account i often view 2 films online per month. Recently i had been watching a film online, i'd to stop it, after i returned the monitor stated (you've viewd the most number of minutes for this month), i named customer support and talked to (jareb), who refused to give me the curtesy of allowing me to look at the remaining film. He explained easily stop the movie the counter nevertheless count. Why??? Easily am not viewing why enough time counter remains counting and who's fault is it???

I named again and talked to boss (hunter 89159) who flatly refused to assist and hangup at the conclusion.netflix, you deserve to walk out enterprise, if you believe you can handle your visitors like this and escape withit, you thinking.
