I was attempting to get a loan to pay off bills as well as have money for Christmas. I applied on line and a few days later I got a message I was approved for a 7,500 loan from Regency Capital Solutions my loan officer Would be Cynthia Foster at extension 742. I contacted her and she let me know I would have to send the first five payments of $659.76. This would be due to the fact that this loan would be collateralized. Which I thought at the time was understandable due to I do have a bad credit history. I did send the money by Western Union and was also told I would get the amount of the Western Union back. Once they got the money she told me ok your money should be in your account in 24 hours. Well that did not happen I called her back could not get her for three days as well as customer service was unavailable. When I did finally get her she said that she had been trying to work a deal out on my be half because the lender wanted $857.00 for insurance. At that point I did say I could not afford that and I just wanted a refund. She said ok it takes seven to ten business days for refunds. I have yet to get that refund. I have called and called and usually get no answer. I have talked to Cynthia Foster on about 4 occasions where I have been assured refund is coming. I just spoke with customer service on 12/9 at about 3:35P.M. And was told that they have been having a problem with refunds and that all refunds will be sent out by the 16th. I at this point really believe I have been scammed and and will never get my money back.
