Rubecca summers and adam foster promis me a loan made me pay 1200 and no loan was issued

I was told i was approved for a 8000 dallars loan but i had to pay an isurance on the loan due to it was secured the payment was 680 by western union the next day i was told to send another 520 to them then was told the funds would be in my acount and it wasnt i need my money and i am very poor and cant afford it
