I ordered a dell alienware m18x laptop from them. They sent me copy of their certificates and workshop floor and entrance to company. I received a proforma invoice and wire transfered the cash to their hsbc bank account. I received a tracking number and went to collect my package which was too small for laptop. They sent me 4 flashsticks instead. They never replied to my mails after that. I dealt with a catherine yang segusb.com
