I was looking for a Breedlove Passport guitar, so I started searching the Internet and found this website. First I emailed about the product and got a response about a day later. It seemed like the real deal but they asked that I pay by Western Union, that seemed a little suspicious, so they emailed again reassuring me all was quite legitimate... It was very convincing. It seemed I was having good communication with a "representative"... So I went ahead and payed for the item (which never arrived). After a little confusion at the Western Union Office (they misspelled the recipient's name), I was told that they had indeed received my payment and that I would in turn receive an email providing a follow-up tacking number to track my package once it was sent, but that never happened. I still have not received an email nor any notification about a tracking number (let alone the guitar). I've endlessly been trying to contact them by email (apparently the only way one can contact them) but they just don't/won't respond back.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this "company", stay as far away as possible... in fact turn off your computer!
