In august I did some free bids and won 70 euro. With a trial vip account which I canceld with in 7 days. So far so good.

In October I got an ad of a camera for a small price. With no attached costs and a VIP account, which I thought I could cancel again in time.
I was urged to send a copy of my pasport, creditcard and bankaccountslip before receiving the camera. This was for me the turningpoint So I thought to take my loss. This reaked of fraud. So I did not send any copies, but they had my creditcard data. I send a cancellation request to Ziinga within the 7 days.
It was accepted. So I thought this was over.
But after 4 months I say that an amount of 69 euro a month was taken from my credit account.
I send an email to the customer service of Ziinga why they were collecting money from my account because I canceld my vip account in time I so as I thought.
They said after some other emails that I used the vip account because Ziinga had a bid robot activated as part of the unwanted vip account, so I used the benefits of the VIP account and so I had to pay for the subscription while I myself was not active on ziinga anymore. They cancceld my account in februari 2012.
I contacted my creditcard company and let their fraud department investigate it.
So far my money is restitued from my creditcard company.
But now I get notifications to pay more money.
