Noticed ad for free trial of Hydrofirm Sample Size and Pure Collagen Anti-Aging Facial Serum only having to pay the shipping and handling charges, which were immediatly charged to my credit card. Phoned to cancel my trial offer and it was suggested (by Employee ID #181) to extend the offer as I had not received the samples to date. AGAIN, telephoned to cancel on December 1 (told cancellation was successful by Employee ID #181447) On December 1 $108.39 was charged to my credit card for order which I DID NOT authorize! On December 7 spoke with Employee ID #181380 to explain WHY this occurred and was given the run around saying she would process a partial refund in the amount of $50.00 on that day and will refund remainder when product is returned with RMA# clearly visible on outside of package! Credit has still not been issued AND I have received NO product as of this date! Unbelievable!!
