Under no circumstances did I authorise your company Purecollagenx.com to deduct $105.80 AUD from my credit card and I insist on an immediate refund of the full amount plus the $3.12 AUD I have been charged for the international transaction. Total of $108.92 AUD. I am not interested in your beauty products and insist the transaction made on 18/11 be reversed immediately.
I am very unhappy and somewhat amazed as to how you received my credit card information in the first place.
I expect to be contacted immediately. If my request is ignored I shall involve the authorities.
I sent the above email and received the following very calm reply;

I received the unwanted product a few days later and returned it as instructed above. So far only the first half of $51.97 has been refunded.
What I want to know is how did PurecollagenX.com get hold of my credit card details in the first place. Who sold it to them? Plus I had to pay $10.80 to register the return parcel.
