I emailed the Franklin and Marshall website (www.franklinandmarshall.org. Uk) asking if the gilet I liked was reversable, it was the same style as I've seen in a shop, they were very quick to reply and say it was. I ordered this product and was notified of my tracking number. When it arrived I wasn't happy with it, it's similar to the one I saw in the shop but it just didn't look right. I have emailed them now 8 times now and have received no response. I am now stuck with something that I don't think is real.
