Hi!
I signed up for a FREE pot of cream, and after this firm had charged my credit card for the postage amount, 2 days after I received my FREE sample, they charged another £74.95 from my credit card. I attempted to phone the 24 hour phone help line, and got through to an answering machine in Westlake, OH, USA. Not in Scotland, as is the address on the packing invoice.
I tried the US phone number again to no avail, and left a message. The person on the answering machine messaging service, was VERY unprofessional. And upon attempting to write to the listed email address, my email was returned as undeliverable.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! Today I posted a copy of my email signed for to the address in Scotland, as this has all the evidence that I need to now contact my credit card company. I URGE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARDS before any other payments are withdrawn.
Lets beat these SCAMMERS!
