Their web site seemed OK, so I set up an account and ordered a pair of UGG Button Triplet # 1873. The total cost was to be $110.89. The next day 11-30-11, $111.56 was deducted from my debit account and paid to a 3rd party account by the name Gautevio B.V. Beijing. I never received an e-mail confirmation, and they will not answer my e-mails, or live chat attempts.
