I purchased a phone for 12.00 from ziinga, that never arrived. I then discovered that they had taken a sum of 59.99 off of my debit card for three months, when i rang i was told that provided i had not placed a bid that they would refund my money. After they had checked they said that they had put bids on my behalf and therefore i was not entilited to a refund neither would i be receiving the phone. As i live in the uk this money is in pounds not dollars.
