I have work for Giant Cement Company since June 10 1968 to August 19 have been in the Army from 1966 to 1968, was very bless to get a job at Giant, doing the time at i've worked in many locates and most the jobs were in dusted areas, asbestos, cement dust, hazard dust and materials, many times Giant were pentilize for many of these actions, some times they would let us know what we were working in or around but some times they would not. Checking there records at those times will be enough. I am on disablity social security the C O P D, plus degenerate joint desease, high blood, mental problems, prostate desease, i am a working time bomb, my teeth rotting, medecare dosen't pay for that, while we were on strike in 2007 my disable occurrs, could not return to work after the was over in 2007. There is more i can tell. How can i get legal help for this?
