They deposited 5cents into my account and THEN withdrew it at a rate of 3cent, 1cent and 1 cent, which put my account into overdraft ($35.00 per transaction "fee" for each). So I was already having problems and now I am out $115.00 in fees. I called them and they tried to explain how it was verification that I had an account and that they can't remove the fees, only my bank can do that, I was LIVID! I asked why they didn't just withdraw 5 cents at ONE time... At least then I wouldn't have got hit with the fees multiple times... There was NO "staright" answer from them. They are preying on people that are already in some "trouble"... I told them that and he explained that cusotmer service was of utmost importance to them and blah blah blah...!
