I received your product November 29th. I was excited to get it since it took forever to get here. I had placed the order on 11/19 for a free trial.
I also noticed that you took an amount of $98.16 out of my checking account. Why? I ordered a free trial for the amount of $2.95, which I paid.
Your product did not get here till last Tuesday and it is now the following Monday..
