On Nov. 17th I ordered the 5 day free trial, I gave them my credit card number. On the 19th I cancelled the free trial. On the 21st I noticed my bank account had been charged for 49.95. I called n spoke with the customer service, I was told them them that I would be receiving the reimbursement with in 2-3 days. Five days later I called back because I still had not received they reimbursement. Then they told me i had to wait another 3-5 days, so again I waited, after the 5 days were up, I called back, they said I have to wait 2-3 weeks because of my bank. During all this time they kept telling me a manager would be calling me back and i never received any calls from anyone. Also every time I called i would ask to speak with a manager or supervisor they would tell me none were available.
