Applied for a loan. Never authorized debiting my account. 1. Spoke to person with middle eastern accent, Frank Martin, told him I was contact bank. He said he was refunding. 2. Spoke to women, Middle eastern, accent, Shaw. Told her I wanted to see the authorization. Said she did not have it and other person had already explained it. Asked me if I wanted to be transferred to supervisor. Told her yes. Never transferred call. 3. Spoke to woman with middle eastern accent, Michelle, told her I needed to see authorization. She said it go to www.yourloan101.com. Said she could not be on phone when I went to website but I could call back. Told her I needed to see the authorization. Said she did not have it. When I went to site I could not see anything. I had never been on that site before. When you go to it you see a better way to bank (virtual bankaccount). WHAT BULLS&!!! I already have a bank account.
