Paid this company $369.00 to install a $51.00 part that failed after 13 months. Wanted to charge me another Service charge & full installation cost of another heater defrost element for another total of $369.00. I had another service company come out and do the replacement inclding the part for $169.00. After replaceing the part he showed me that the repacement part used was not OEM and cheap imitation of the original part that can be purchased for $25.00 and are very prone to failure. Stay clear of this company, they are thieves!
