I bid on an auction, won a bid for a Canon Camera for $3.84 which I paid for with a Debit Plus Card. Awaiting delivery of Camera.
After completing the necessary details I was issued with a receipt.
Further to this, I was requested to fill out a form which would authorise zinga.com to deduct money for any future successful auction bids.
I did not complete the authorisation. They deducted the money anyway.
I sent an email requesting a refund. It was refused.
I contacted my bank to stop payment, unfortunately by the time I realised what had occurred it was too late to reverse the transaction.
