I applied 6/11 to Dalbey for winning in the Cash flow business. I received my kit and immeadiately started receiving emails and phone calls from them on how to move forward faster in the business. I took advantage of this and ordered the additional courses at a supposedly lower rate which cost another $3300. I continued doing the required sending postcards to prospective note holders with no replys (the noteholders list had 70 no longer at that address and some were 8 Years old) I continued to pass out cards and never received any calls or emails from prospective customers.
In August they talked me into investing another $2800. To advance myself and recieve faster returns and could not loose lead
developing. This yielded no results but I was told with hard work
I could accomplish and sustain my dreams.
When I tried to call Dalbey to get help with my lessons I could not get through to the counselors for a long period of time and eventualy after many calls I was told that they were having internet problems with their webb site nad the phone numbers had changed. At this time I had shoulder surgery and was inactive for six months during rcovery and therapy. On June 18th I spoke to a Dalbey represenative regarding the need to move forward at a faster pace and was told that the only way to really do that was to come out there and spend a week with them and they woulld guarantee me five note closes. (Ihad heard this before). I told them that I could not afford to come out there was there something more I could do at home that was less expensive. They finally said there was and subbsequently I paid them another $3250 for and addtional course. Shortly thereafter I found out that the Federal Trade commission was on the case and had charged Dalbey. That is why I am sending this email now. What can I do to recover any funds?
