I paid for two samples costing approximately $2.90 each and this transaction occurred on 14/11. On 30/11 $78.55 was taken out of my credit plus exchange rate fees without my approval. I have received two products from this company that I purchased.
My bank suggested contacting the company for a refund but now I have asked the bank to investigate the matter.
