I've just received my monthly statement from my credit card and have noticed two unauthorized transactions from your company these date back to *11/11 and 21/11 i didn't ask for the product and i was charged for it and didn't even receive the products and if i did i would have sent them back as i do not want them. I demand that use investigate and refund my money back. I have contacted my bank and they will be asking for a reversal of the transaction if use refuse i will be taken further action and will the ombudsman. I am very unhappy.
