I had ordered a free (yeah right) sample of Avlimil. The only thing that I had to pay for was the shipping and handling. I tried the sample for about 2 weeks and it seemed like it was more of a hassle than anything.
About 3 weeks after recieving the FREE sample, I noticed that I had $70.00 taken out of my bank account. I called the customer service number that they had and I talked to guy that had nothing to say but he couldn't help me out. He said that he would cancel my order but they won't put the money back into my account. I kept asking to talk to a supervisor but he told me that there weren't any supervisors there. I had told him that he can't bull shit me I used to work for a company like that and I know that they do have supervisors available. He finally got sick of me and hung up on me.
I proceeded to call back again and talked to "Karl" I immediately asked to talk to a supervisor and he told me the same story. I hassled him for about 10 min until he agreed to put me through to a supervisor (so I thought). He left me on hold for about 10 min and came back to tell me that he couldn't find a supervisor. I hassled him for another 10 min, and he finally agreed to give me half of my money back. Believe me I am NOT through until I get all of my money back!!!
