Had attempted purchase of tickets for myself, husband, and parents. Apparently purchase did not go through. Next day, I went through another travel site and purchased tickets. I still have that reservation, by the way. Now, priceline says I had resubmitted a request the next day for the same tickets. I did not. I have a copy of My Trips on Priceline.com. They do not realize I printed out a copy of my history with the company... It's funny that the "New" request is not listed in that history.
Shame on you priceline! As soon as this is resolved, you've lost my business forever!
