Just to let you all know that I have finally got response. I forwarded my bank transactions, emails from perfect radiance and examples from scambook to the Visa Fraud Team. I emailed them to tell them this and that I couldnt get through on phone and emails werent being answered. I immediately got a reply from them apologising and that the money will be transfered back to my account. Have told them that my bank told me to cancel my cards so I expect a checue in the post. I have also told them that Visa will be informed once I have recieved refund but will still be investigating until I recieve it. Hope this helps!!!
