I have purchesed a hp laptop "G42-355tu" on 31/12 from Saboo computers pvt. Ltd., Barrackpore invoice no SCPL/BP-RI/010-11. On 1/1 i registered for the gift voucher (titan) registration no 2392458 and apply for the gift online by mailing the scaned copy of invoice and bar code contained the serial no (i e (s) cnf03407gw) and the product no (ie xr690pa#acg) but till date i didnot receive the gift voucher.
