Are these people crooks? I signed up for a one week FREE trial, but had to give all my credit card information. Four days later I was charged the full amount on my credit card (before the free trial was over). I called to cancel they account and ask for a refund since the charge was un-authorized! They hung up on me twice and I was not being rude to them!
It remains to be seen if they will credit my account, but they are dishonest in that they did not honor terms of the agreement. I wish I would have found this site sooner and realized that other people have had similar experiences with them. Run from this company and do not give them your money!
