The department of work force developement acts just like the peggy guy in the credit card ads. They are cooking your IU claims. If you look there are weeks denied through out your claim. Mostly they post it under unresolved issue you did'nt get to despute it because you are not even aware it is there. If the same payment is posted more then once you have an issue there also. My earning are littered with errrors and so is my claim. I was hit with a bogus $1500.00 over payment then they cooked my UI claim and took another $ 3944.00. They did all of this without following the due process required by law. They are making currently unemployed worker pay for the last 5 yrs of claims, they have to cover and any claims they payed and should'nt have. They are approving any thing then only releaseing very lttle per claim. There are 25 denials and 15 hold on my claim I was only aware of or allowed to desput 5 of them that was a joke of the process even doing that.
