The Colonnade at Germantown Apartments
The leasing office did not comply the landlord-tenant act by not replacing degrading carpet pads and musty carpet from the apartment while keeping my family living this non habitable apartment

To whom it may concern:

My family members have been experiencing runny nose, cough, itchy skin, skin rash, and irritated respiratory tract after moving into the apartment located at 1335 North Coppershire Cove 202, Germantown TN in July. These symptoms were gone or at least reduced once we leave the apartment. My daughters were kicked out of school last Sep. 14 and 15 due to itchy skin. I have been trying to communicate and resolve this musty and non-habitable apartment issue with the leasing office in a good faith since around middle July after I noticed the apartment has this musty issue. I presented all the evidences, they neglect the facts and were not willing to solve the issues instead of keeping lying to everybody involved including an agent at the Consumer Affairs of Tennessee. Now (November), my family members began to have chest pain while living in this apartment.
