Order placed Nov 1. Funds collected same day. Week two: No word until we called and got the "there was an issues with the files and now everything is okay and it'll be delivered in 3-5 days" speech. Week three: My manager knows that order and it will be shipping later this week. Request for tracking info never filled. Week 3: after 3 emails, no answer. Phone either rings to a full mailbox or busy tone. Emails either fails to deliver or is never answered. Had to call bank and have charges reversed. Possible fraud.
