I'm in the military just moving into Arkansas and all I wanted was to meet new people and have some good experiences while i'm here. I saw this website XDating and it looked and sounded like a good way to do that. Long story short I liked peoples profiles and sent messages to women I thought were attractive with no response at all. I uploaded some nice pictures and made numerous changes to my profile trying to figure out why or how I had not gotten any response from anyone in 3 days. I've never had trouble getting attention from the opposite sex and I am experienced in making friends and dating. I knew right away from seeing the same nude profiles online every day for 3 whole days that this site was a scam. I wrote a complaint to the site and was pretty much blown off. I responded in a different tone and began posting status updates on the site that this website is a fraud. My posts were soon deleted and I called them out for deleting my posts stating "Please stop deleting my posts. I paid for 3 months of services." I then continued telling people these profiles are fake please keep your money in your pocket. I was blocked from the site and got an email saying my funds will be returned within ten days. This just happened today (11-27-11) so we'll see if my funds are returned.

I don't feel that this website is legit. I think people are paying money into it and not getting anything in return. I would like to stop the billing of my credit card. I have already turned off the recurring payment and I would appreciate my account being deleted immediately. I really don't want to wait until Feb

I can assure you there are lots of real users on our site.
It's also a fact a dating site attracts a lot of spammers and scammers who try to benefit from the huge amount of people visiting our website. They create fake accounts with fake information in an attempt to collect email addresses, some of them even upgrade with stolen credit card information. Our fraud department blocks many users daily because of this but sadly there are always some who slip through our system.
You can always send us usernames if you see something suspicious and someone from our fraud department will look into it.

Okay so that's it? Your recognizing that some fraudulent accounts have been created and slip through your system. Is there anything being done? Are your ensuring your customers are getting at least some of what they're paying you guys for or returning them the funds they've forfeited for after being shafted? I think this entire website is a fraud but the charges are real. You guys have people posing nude and making seductive status updates every ten minutes and charging people to think they're going to get some kind of interaction. There may be some who at some point meet a real person well I feel I was one of those who have been cheated. I would like a refund of my money or I will do what I have to in order to make certain no one else gets treated this way. I will do what you an honest buisness should be doing and that's treating people fairly. Not only collecting a paycheck for a dishonest service... PLEASE RESPOND WITH A NAME THIS TIME AND AN OPTION FOR ME TO RECEIVE SOMETHING WORTH MY 60 BUCKS.

Thank you... The fact that I had to be blocked from the site is really ashamed and says a lot about this website. I'm trusting that you are being honest and that you have refunded me the money that I work for. I'm going to be honest with you and say that I am in the U.S. Air Force and if my funds aren't refunded back to my card within the time you mentioned you will be hearing from me again for unfair business practices. This company obviously knows it is involved in some type of fraud.
