I like everyone else found the same problem. Xdating is a fake from the get go. I did complain to them on their "ticket board" and have threatened them with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office and continued reporting to scambook, etc.
They have indicated (quickly) that I should see a refund to my account within 5 to 10 days. I will wait to see if they follow through with this, or is it just another scam? The following is copy of email received within 20 minutes of complaint.
