I purchased a product from one of the vendors at the mall. All sales are final. However, the product that was provided was used and not in working order. Apparently, they gave me a used product that was no longer working. The item is a flat iron. I travel for business and i went on my business trip only to find out the product is broken. I purchased a similar item to get me through my business trip. When i called the company they refused to refund my money. Furthermore, i suggested to have a family member purchase another one so they can send it to me and requested to have the original, broken item returned and refunded. This was also refused.
