I ordered their program on line 11-09-11. After ordering, each new screen had other offers, which would cost more to get the program. I cancelled my order on 11-09-11. Brian Host had a telephone number to contact. However, the messeage only directed you to their Web Site. The Web Site had a place to cancel orders, but each time I clicked the cancel the order it would take me to a site that was unaavailable. Brian Host has in billed me twice and in one case three times.
My next step was to contact my Credit Card Company. As of now I have disputes with the Credit Card Company for each charge. Also, I put a stop on my Credit Card from Brian Host having access to my account.
